Places The City Museum and Archive
The Museum and Archives of Izmir has born as a big wish and project of deceased Mayor of Izmir, Ahmet Piriştina. He has chosen the ancient Fire Department Center building (built in 1932) and started the project in 2000. |
Archeologic museum
The Archeological Museum exhibits big and impressive collection of ancient and Roman recoveries from İzmir, Pergame, Iasos, Bayrakli and İzmir Agora. The museum contains 1500 pieces in the building, as well as in its garden. |
